We have a lot of diverse ingredients in our kitchen but generally, we don’t know how to use all of them optimally. Did you know that you can use baking soda to get rid of all excess fat from all your body parts like belly, thighs, back, arms etc…
Although you can mix baking soda with fruit juice also but I prefer to use it with apple cider vinegar, for best effect. Please note ACV smells very bad at least, I think so, but in general is very good for your health.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Baking Soda For Weight Loss
An interesting mix I would say, on the other hand a real necessity when trying to lose weight.
- apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons
- baking soda – 1/2 tablespoon
- water (warm) – 1 glass
How To Prepare
Just mix the above-mentioned ingredients in a glass and drink it before your first meal. You will shortly witness drastic changes in your body, such as weight-loss and burning abdominal fat, too!
Baking soda (as we said before) may benefit your health in other ways. To mention a few, it:
- Reduces heartburn
- Improves response to cancer treatment
- Promotes dental health
- Slows down kidney disease
- May relieve insect bites
To sum up, baking soda (or Sodium bicarbonate originally) helps improve digestion, dental health and itching from insect bites. People with kidney issues or patients undergoing chemotherapy may also benefit from this powder.
