Banana Coconut Orange Tropical Smoothie

September 18, 2019

Summer is no longer here! I wish I could lounge at the pool every day to cool off, unfortunately, pool days are far behind. My favourite summertime smoothie was this Pineapple, Banana, and Coconut Smoothie. This tropical smoothie is easy to make and very refreshing.

I’ve combined fresh pineapple, banana, light coconut milk, and ice in a blender and mix until smooth. It is that easy! This smoothie is excellent for breakfast, snack time, or even as a dessert. If you can’t lounge at the pool every day or go on a tropical vacation-make this Pineapple, Banana, Coconut Smoothie. It is the next best thing.

Health Goodness Of Drinks Ingredients

Pineapples are full of minerals and vitamins, also are packed in manganese and vitamin C. Moreover, pineapples are a good source of antioxidants, that will lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.

Benefits of Bananas

These potassium-rich tropical fruits are full of fiber, and are possibly one of the best fruit sources of vitamin B6. Also, have decent sources of vitamin C. The potassium in bananas is beneficial for the heart health and regulation of the blood pressure. Can also help in preventing asthma, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and digestive problems.

Coconut milk is a versatile ingredient, will help you lower bad cholesterol and promote weight loss.
